Gi Group spreads Easter joy to worthy causes

We are proud to announce that we have just finished delivering a total of over 1000 Easter Eggs to worthy causes – following an egg-cellent response to our annual Big Egg Appeal.

The generous donations by Gi Group UK staff, including TACK International & INTOO, candidates and clients from across our entire business have all now been distributed between carefully selected local charities, hospitals, hospices or projects across the country, as a welcome Easter treat.

Our annual appeal focuses on giving back to disadvantaged people in the local communities where Gi Group carries out its work – performing recruitment and personnel services for clients and enhancing the job seeking experience and employability of our candidates. This year’s recipients included: Help for Heroes, St Andrew’s Hospice (Grimsby), Stepping Hill Children’s Ward (Stockport) and The Children’s Family Trust (Bromsgrove).

Gi Group UK Chief Executive, Bev White said:

“As an organisation we are present in many communities and our goal has always been to be part of the local community. This means looking for ways to contribute. The Big Egg Appeal may only be a small gesture, but sometimes it is these small gestures that can help make a big difference to someone’s day. I’m really proud that the whole organisation got behind such a great cause.”

Now in its 8th year, the Gi Group Big Egg Appeal is just part of the company’s ongoing company-wide commitment to corporate social responsibility which aims to improve the prospects and lives of those in the communities in which it operates.
